My interest in massage began with my own health experiences and I have found it to be very beneficial. Not only can relaxation massage reduce muscle tension, it also calms the mind and the nervous system. This can lower stress hormones and allow the body’s ‘rest and digest’ systems to function more fully.
I have recently completed a Diploma of Wellness and Relaxation from the NZ College of Massage and will be continuing with further studies in the future. I am registered with Massage New Zealand.
I offer relaxation, deep tissue and myofascial release massage. My aim is to provide quality massage tailored to my clients’ needs.
